March isn't Madness - it's March of Dimes Month here at Touchstone Crystal Jewelry. I am working with local morning news anchor Mary King, board member of the Western Maryland Division of the March of Dimes, to help her promote the upcoming Washington County March for Babies Walk that will be held April 24th at Fairgrounds Park in Hagerstown.
